A regular Auckland delivery and collection service available on scheduled days during our normal business hours as part of a run. Schedule may differ by season and demand during the off season and subject to change at any time with notice.

We also offer a dedicated express delivery and or collection service for last minute linen emergencies during standard business hours, for an additional fee or if applicable an after hours fee will apply. Additional fee is subject to location, time or any other specific factors.

A once or twice weekly Queenstown Lakes and Wanaka delivery run is also offered free of charge on a more flexible day/time schedule depending on event needs.  Outside of these times and/or for one-off bookings Pacific Linen charges for delivery and collection. The cost is dependent on the area, day or time product is required. Courier services are also used for local regions.

For our Wanaka and Hawea regular hospitality clients, a convenient pick up and return depot is now available at the Napery, 21G Gordon Road Wanaka, please contact Pacific Linen Cromwell for access and more information. 

NATIONWIDE – Linen is easily boxed, dispatched and collected throughout New Zealand making Pacific Linen a truly nationwide provider of hired linen.  Pacific Linen only uses reliable and cost efficient courier providers and bulk freight services (dependent on volume).  When possible orders are dispatched at least one day earlier than requested to ensure that product always arrives on time as we are very mindful of the stress that can be caused if a delay occurs while goods are in transit.
