Hours may differ without notice however we are always available on email. 

It can be very hard to tell the exact shade or texture of fabrics from photographs. If you would like swatches just email sales@pacificlinen.co.nz with a postal address, contact phone number and desired colour scheme. 

It is a very good idea to book product as early as possible as stock allocation is on a first in, first serve basis.  Our efficient booking system and stock control means that you are able to secure product many months or even years prior to your event.  For last minute requests - if products needed are not available, Pacific Linen may able to purchase, manufacture or sub-hire on high demand product lines.  For custom-made manufacturing as much notice as possible is best so that we are able to secure fabric and allocate sewing time.

At Pacific Linen we feel that it is better for us to speak directly with you so that we are able to quote for your linen requirements to best match your wishlist with your budget.

Pacific Linen's product range is constantly evolving so email us with your request as we may have just made the product you want and haven't yet loaded the examples on the website.  Otherwise we may be able to "make to order" with our Custom Made Services, offer alternate products that create a similar effect or we can source from other hire companies on your behalf.

No, you should return all the hired cloths unwashed in the bags or boxes they are supplied in. Cleaning charges are incorporated within the hire price. Any stains that cannot be removed are subject to additional charges.  Please see “care of product” instructions and “terms & conditions” for more information.

For non-account holders payment via direct credit prior to despatch date is required. Cash on collection is only permitted with prior arrangement but customer must have exact dollar amount as no cash is held on premises. 

Our prices reflect 1-4 day hire period.  Additional days may incur extra charges as stated on our “terms and conditions”.
